Project description
The roof construction of the museum consists of a space framework with wave-shaped plywood waves. The material is exposed to enormous snow loads as the building is located at about 2400 m above sea level. No standard
material was able to meet the requirements, so panels were produced specifically for this project in Finland, tested and evaluated in Switzerland and installed in the Rocky Mountains.
