Structural design for the wooden construction of two grandstand roofs (main grandstand and secondary grandstand) and for the wall between the two grandstands.

Project description
Construction of new grandstand roof as part of the conversion of the pavilion of Hotel Kulm. The overhang of the two grandstand roofs is made of V-shaped cantilever beams in ash wood, which are clamped in reinforced concrete pedestals at the base. Wood-en hollow-box elements were used for the roof construction of both grandstands. The rectangular footprint of the main grandstand measures approx. 26.10 m x 8.40 m. The maximum height of the structure is approx. 4.80 m.
