Project description
In urban space – close to the port – an up to 7 storey high office building in timber-frame construction method emerged. The joints are put together with wooden Baubuche-dowels. Impressive is the atrium-like inner courtyard (Lobby) with swung staircases which are also made out of wood. The stability of the building is achieved through 4 central service cores made out of concrete. The building has an extinguishing system and the fire resistance of the structure is 90 minutes.
